At Quokka Education, we're seeking a compassionate and warm-hearted Learning Support Assistant to join a Top 10 Hampshire secondary school in Winchester. This is a full-time role starting in October 2025.

No classroom experience? No problem.

We provide full support, including free training, CPD courses, and experience days so you can step into the role with confidence.

Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:

• Support students with additional or complex learning needs within the classroom
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, both academically and emotionally
• Help create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to remove barriers to learning

• Pay: From £85 per day (PAYE)
