Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Learning Support Assistants to support pupils in their learning and help teachers deliver high-quality lessons. 

The role offers a daily rate of £90–£110, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils individually or in small groups.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and organised learning environment.
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, adaptable, and reliable.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Desirable:

• Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
