What You''ll Do:

• Support individual pupils and small groups as a Learning Support Assistant to fully engage with their learning

• Adapt lessons and materials to meet a variety of learning needs

• Work alongside teachers to deliver tailored support plans

• Encourage pupils with SEN to develop independence and confidence

• Promote positive behaviour and support emotional wellbeing in the classroom

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant working with children with SEN

• Good understanding of strategies to support a wide range of additional needs

• Ability to work confidently both on your own and as part of a team

• A patient, caring, and resilient attitude

• Based locally or able to commute reliably to Harborne
