• Providing 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional educational needs

• Collaborating with class teachers to implement targeted support plans

• Encouraging pupils to build confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing

• Creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive

Who We''re Looking For:

• Someone with prior experience supporting children with SEND, preferably in a school setting

• Confident in using creative and adaptive approaches to support individual learning

• Calm, empathetic, and passionate about making a positive difference

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
