Contract: Temporary or Fixed Term until July 2026 (initially)
Hours: 27.5 per week - Monday to Friday, 9:15am - 3:15pm
Salary: H3.5 (-24,790 FTE) + -1,013 Fringe Allowance (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted learning and emotional support to pupils in Year 1
• Deliver small group and 1:1 pastoral interventions using the Thrive approach
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Collaborate with teaching staff and the wider support team to meet individual needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in Early Years or Key Stage 1 is highly desirable
• Passionate about child development and emotional well-being
• Familiarity with or willingness to train in the Thrive approach
• Strong communication and team-working skills
