As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

• Help students access learning and stay engaged in lessons

• Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and differentiated instruction

• Collaborate with staff and families to support student progress and well-being

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (essential)

• Experience supporting students with SEND (preferred)

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

• A proactive, dependable, and empathetic approach
