Learning Support Assistant - Creative Arts

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Creative team at our Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a full time, term time only basis.This role involves working 37 hours per week over 37 term time weeks per year. The role pays on Scale G of the Support Staff pay scale offering a pro rata salary of 21,166.19 (G17) up to 22,662.10 (G19). The full time equivalent would be 25,483 (G17) up to 27,284 (G19) depending on qualifications and experience.Learning Support AssistantLearning Support Assistants are a vital part of Windsor Forest Colleges Group, helping students fully access their classes, achieve their learning goals and reach their full potential.
