This role involves working 37 hours per week over 37 term time weeks per year. The role pays on Scale G of the Support Staff pay scale offering a pro rata salary of -21,166.19 (G17) up to -22,662.10 (G19). The full time equivalent would be -25,483 (G17) up to -27,284 (G19) depending on qualifications and experience. Learning Support Assistant Learning Support Assistants are a vital part of Windsor Forest Colleges Group, helping students fully access their classes, achieve their learning goals and reach their full potential. Reporting to the Schools Programme Manager or Lead Learning Support Assistant, and working under the supervision of teaching staff, you will support whole classes, small groups or individual students in line with college policies and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
