Some students also have neurological impairments, complex physical and complex medical needs. Over half the students have autism, with some having very complex needs. The school also caters for students with moderate learning difficulties who may need additional social and emotional support before transferring to local colleges at 19. We are looking to appoint a kind, caring, focused and resilient colleague to join our team. Experience and expertise working with students with severe learning disabilities and autism is ideal, but not essential.
