Learning Support Assistant - about the role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Work closely with pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties. Support students in class, small groups, or 1:1 settings to access the curriculum and develop key life skills. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning plans. Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
