      <description>Location: Epping | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Learning Support Assistant – SEND    Location:  Epping   Sector:  Further Education  Role:  LSA  Type:  Full-time  Start:  ASAP / September 2026  Currently recruiting for an experienced  LSA  to join a Further Education college in Epping Forrest, supporting learners with additional learning needs, disabilities and other barriers to learning.   This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced  SEN TA, LSA, Learning Support Assistant or SEND Support Worker  who is passionate about helping young people develop their confidence, independence and ability to succeed within an educational environment.   The Role As a Supported Learning Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the wider Supported Learning Team to provide tailored support to learners with a range of SEND and additional needs.
