Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Job Type: Temporary Location: East London Industry: Education Length of contract: Temporary - Ongoing Key Responsibilities Work as part of the Supported Learning Team to support and include learners with learning difficulties, disabilities, and other barriers to learning within the curriculum Support the quality of teaching and learning across curriculum areas Support the progress and attainment of identified learners with additional SEND/EHCPs to achieve success in their course of study Promote the highest level of independence for each student while ensuring they are always in a safe and healthy environment Provide personal care for students who require it Skills and Experience Experience in learning support or support work with young people with learning disabilities (e.g. autism, ADHD) Experience working within an educational environment providing academic or personal care support Experience with or willingness to provide personal care support to individuals with high needs Available to interview immediately Right to Work in the UK and an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS dated ..... full job details .....
