The role involves supporting learners across all campuses at our college with a range of educational needs, helping them develop practical and academic skills, including during trips and visits. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will build positive relationships with learners and colleagues while providing tailored support strategies that help students achieve their full potential. You will work both independently and as part of a team, adapting support approaches to meet learners'' changing needs.
