Learning Support Assistant - WorksopAre you passionate about supporting children''s education and making a difference in their lives?Academics (the second leading education agency in the UK) are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team and support local primary schools across Worksop.Sector: Education and Training Key Responsibilities:Providing one-on-one and group support to students, ensuring they receive the attention and assistance they need to thrive.Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.Supporting students with special educational needs and adapting resources to meet their individual needs.A passion for supporting others through education and training. Monitoring the safeguarding of pupils. Requirements of working as a Learning Support Assistant:Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.An enhanced DBS certificate and the right to work in the UK.A Cache / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desireable.
