Learning Support Assistant

A friendly primary school in Caldicot is looking for a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team and support pupils in both classroom and small group settings.

This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You''ll work closely with teaching staff to help children stay engaged, build confidence, and access learning in a way that suits their individual needs.

The role covers EYFS, KS1, and KS2, giving you the opportunity to support a wide range of learners and develop your experience across different age groups.

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willingness to register
• Two references from previous work with children or young people

• Confidence working with pupils on both a one-to-one and small group basis
• A genuine interest in helping children make progress in their learning and wellbeing
