With increasing demand from schools, we have regular day-to-day opportunities available from September 2026, giving you the flexibility to work around your schedule.

Whether you''re looking for a few days each week or want to gain experience in a variety of school settings, supply work is a fantastic way to build relationships with local schools while enjoying complete flexibility.

• Flexible day-to-day supply work from September 2026
• Opportunities across welcoming Primary Schools in the Vale of Glamorgan
• Competitive pay from -95 per day, with higher rates depending on experience, qualifications, and client rates
• Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a Primary School
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and wellbeing

• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
• Right to work in the UK
