Your role will be key in helping students access learning, build confidence, and develop independence both in and out of the classroom.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needsSupport the planning and delivery of interventions tailored to student needsHelp create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environmentBuild strong and supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and familiesContribute to restorative practice approaches and mentoring supportMonitor and record student progress, feeding back to the SEN teamIdeal CandidatesHave a background in Education, Psychology, Youth Work, or related experienceAre interested in progressing into teaching, SEN, or educational psychologyAre ..... full job details .....
