      <description>Location: Ashford | Salary: &amp;pound;92.56 - &amp;pound;95/day PAYE, Weekly Pay, CPD, Pension | Type: Contract | Learning Support Assistant - SEN     Learning Support Assistant - Ashford   Academics are currently recruiting  SEN Learning Support Assistant  to work across a number of client  SEMH schools in Ashford , supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs !  These schools are looking for dedicated, patient and resilient individuals who can provide consistent support to pupils who may struggle within a mainstream educational environment. The successful candidates will have a genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning and develop both academically and personally.  We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working with  SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, emotional regulation difficulties or complex SEN . Experience within an SEN school, mainstream school, residential setting, youth work, care or similar environment would also be highly valued.
