These schools are looking for dedicated, patient and resilient individuals who can provide consistent support to pupils who may struggle within a mainstream educational environment. The successful candidates will have a genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning and develop both academically and personally. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, emotional regulation difficulties or complex SEN .
