      <description>Location: Canterbury | Salary: &amp;pound;93 - &amp;pound;95/day PAYE, Weekly Pay, CPD, Pension | Type: Permanent | Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - SEMH School, Canterbury    Academics are working with a specialist SEN school in Canterbury that supports students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school provides a structured, nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to re-engage with education and develop both academically and personally.   The Role: Learning Support Assistant    As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff to manage behaviour, build positive relationships, and help pupils access their learning in a meaningful way.
