We''re looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work in mainstream primary schools across the Rochester and Medway area. You''ll play an important part in the school day, helping pupils get involved in lessons, understand their work and feel supported in their learning. You''ll also work closely with teaching staff to make sure children receive the guidance they need. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Assisting with classroom tasks and learning activities. Giving pupils extra help when they find work difficult. Encouraging independence, confidence and positive interactions. Helping maintain a calm and productive learning environment. Supporting teachers with the needs of the class.
