Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils learning, both individually and in small groups, helping them engage with lessons and complete tasks. You will assist in promoting an inclusive learning environment, supporting pupils with additional needs, and contributing to classroom management and resource preparation. The role also involves observing and reporting on pupil progress, following school policies and safeguarding procedures, and participating in apprenticeship training.
