The Role: You''ll manage day-to-day learning operations, maintain course content, support virtual delivery, and ensure data accuracy across LMS and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities Learning Administration: Enrol learners and course leaders Set up automated communications Track attendance, awards, and certificates Support course leader schedules and materials Content andamp; Quality: Create and maintain Brightspace course instances Build/update modules, quizzes, and content pages Support content imports, updates, and QA Assist with exam resource creation and Adobe Connect setup Operational Support: Act as first-line support for course queries Manage LMS inbox responses Ensure CRM-LMS data accuracy Provide general admin and project support Required Experience A degree (any discipline) with 1-2 years commercial experience in a customer facing support or administration role, ideally associated with training Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational ..... full job details .....
