Your new role The Learning Partner is responsible for shaping and executing the learning strategy across Intercontinental markets, aligning with brand and global learning objectives. Acting as a strategic orchestrator, the role translates stakeholder needs into impactful learning experiences across commercial, medical, and market access functions.This is a crucial role for a growing organisation. You will work with senior stakeholders to support the development and implementation of learning strategies.
