      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Learning Support Assistant  Job Type: Part-time (3 days per week) Location: South East London Salary: £15.55 - £17.75 per hour (umbrella)  We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality support to young people and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role is instrumental in enabling learners to access and achieve within their educational programmes and engage fully with college services and activities. Day-to-day of the role:  Provide person-centred support to learners with a range of complex needs, including severe learning difficulties and disabilities. Assist some learners with personal care or mobility, approaching each task with sensitivity, respect, and dignity. Work with individuals or small groups, adapting your style to meet diverse needs and encouraging learners to develop independence where possible.
