Overview
We are currently working with an Outstanding Ofsted rated establishment with multiple sites. They prioritise meeting each child’s individual needs by employing reliable staff members and expanding their resources. This is a full-time role starting in October 2025 for the new academic year.They are seeking an experienced, motivated and passionate individual to join their team of learning support assistants. While experience in a support or sports coaching role is highly preferred, it is not essential.Responsibilities
Immediate start, running through to the end of the academic year.Work five days a week from 8:30am to 4:00pm.Be assigned a classroom consisting of 6-8 pupils.Work on a 1:1 or small group basis with these children.Requirements / Qualifications
Must have UK-based child-related or support working experience within the last 3 years.Successful candidates will have an optimistic and passionate approach to working with children and young adults with special needs.About Reeson Education
