      <description>Location: Warwickshire | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Permanent Term Time Only 35 Hours per Week £24,986 ( Pro rata term time only )  Reed Further Education are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Mentor to join a supportive educational environment. This rewarding role is ideal for someone with experience supporting learners with additional needs and providing personal care. You will play a key role in helping learners access education, develop independence and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities for the Learning Mentor Role   Provide in-class support to learners across a range of programmes. Assist learners with educational activities and engagement. Deliver personal and intimate care, including toileting, feeding and menstrual care. Support learners with mobility and manual handling requirements. Promote independence, confidence and wellbeing. Work closely with teaching staff to ensure individual learner needs are met. Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and college policies at all times.
