Learning Mentor Do you have the patience and kindness to support children on their journey through education? If you can bring a calm, consistent and supportive approach to everyday learning then this could be the ideal role for you. As a learning mentor you will be able to build trusting relationships and create consistency that allows pupils to engage with learning. What you''ll do:Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or within small groupsCreate and deliver tailored strategies to help children engage and thriveSupport pupils to manage behaviour and build confidenceMonitor and track progressCollaborate and communicate with pupils, staff and parentsWhat we''re looking for:Experience of working with children with SENPatience, adaptability, and a passion for helping children succeedConfident behaviour management skillsStrong communication skills and resilience Why Protocol Education?
