Learning Mentor

As a Learning Mentor, you will provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and improve engagement and attainment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Learning Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, or Support Worker who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential.Many of the pupils you will work with may have been out of education for some time or require additional support due to SEND, SEMH, or other learning needs.
