Learning Mentor - Primary School - Birmingham - September Start Are you passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential? We are seeking a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join a welcoming Primary School in Birmingham from September.As a Learning Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping to improve their confidence, engagement, wellbeing, and academic progress. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils. Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families. Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Encourage positive attitudes towards learning and school attendance. Work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral team.The Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children in a school, care, youth work, or mentoring setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach. Ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
