Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted 1:1 mentoring for students with barriers to learning
- Support small intervention groups focused on confidence, organisation, or exam preparation
- Build trusting relationships with students to promote engagement
- Liaise with pastoral staff and SENCOs to implement personalised support plans
- Monitor progress and contribute to student reviews
Requirements:
- A degree (Psychology, Education or Social Sciences ideal)
