What We''re Looking For:Experience in a behaviour support, mentoring, or pastoral role - ideally within a school, alternative provision, or social care settingA confident, solutions-focused approach to challenging behaviour with a genuine belief in every student''s potentialStrong relationship-building skills with young people, families, and professional colleaguesEmotionally resilient, adaptable, and calm in difficult or unpredictable situationsExperience working ..... full job details .....
