Working as the Learning Mentor, you will support learners with barriers such as attendance, punctuality, behaviour, personal challenges and progression, helping them stay engaged and achieve their goals. As the Learning Mentor, you will work closely with tutors, internal teams, referral agencies, local authorities and external partners to provide joined-up support that improves learner progress, achievement and positive destinations.
