The successful applicant will have experience of working with young people in a school environment and who feels confident in dealing with students who may be in difficult circumstances or who display challenging behaviour. The successful applicant will also be expected to work with the Heads of Year, Leadership Group and staff to accommodate students as necessary such that they are integrated back in to mainstream school as and when appropriate. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills, alongside the ability to work effectively as part of a team within a fast-paced and dynamic school environment.
