About the Service Cornish Close consists of five terraced bungalows situated in Wythenshawe. We provide 24-hour supported living support for up to 14 adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and complex health conditions. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enables people to live meaningful, independent lives. We work closely with families, professionals, and the people we support to create positive outcomes, promote independence, and build a strong sense of community.
