Learning Disabilities Support Workers

We are looking for confident Learning Disabilities Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care to residents with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. You''ll be working 42 hours a week (Days and Nights and Weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Cedars. Cygnet Cedars is a 24-bed high-dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, and associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge. We accept emergency referrals and the team are experienced in managing them quickly and efficiently to ensure the transition for each individual is as smooth as possible.
