You will have experience of working with adults with complex needs including learning disabilities and autism, and either professional experience of, or a very keen interest and knowledge of horticulture, gardening or landscaping. You will lead, manage and further develop the day to day operations of various day services, offering your clients rewarding activities and opportunities for them to gain skills and experience in the organisation’s fantastic grounds.
