We love what we do.Role SummaryLead the Learning and Development function to design and deliver behavioural and leadership learning offers for Head Office, Retail and our Peterborough Distribution Centre. Partner with key HR and business stakeholders by consulting, engaging and supporting them on centralised and bespoke development initiatives.
