This is a fantastic opportunity to take knowledge and expertise from across a complex global business and transform it into engaging, practical learning experiences that genuinely improve how people perform in their roles.You''ll work with subject matter experts and stakeholders across different functions, businesses and countries, turning sometimes complex or highly technical information into clear, accessible and engaging learning.What you''ll be doingDesigning engaging digital, blended and self-directed learning experiences for employees across the organisation.Creating structured learning journeys and pathways, taking learners from initial knowledge through to practical application.Working closely with subject matter experts to capture their knowledge and turn complex information into clear, engaging learning content.Facilitating discovery sessions and content-design conversations to understand what employees genuinely need to learn.Creating microlearning, digital content, performance-support resources and knowledge tools.Applying adult learning and instructional-design principles to create practical, learner-centred solutions.Using storytelling and visual communication to make learning easier to understand, remember and apply.Coaching and supporting subject ..... full job details .....
