Learning Designer

We''re looking for a Learning Designer to join the Sudio team. You''ll use your expertise in adult learning and digital instructional design to create high-quality, engaging learning content for our diverse customer base. Whether reimagining existing material or building something new from the ground up, you''ll lead projects from initial scoping through to delivery of the final product, bringing clarity to complex topics and ensuring quality and impact at every stage. What we''re looking for We''re after someone with at least two years'' experience designing digital learning, or a strong foundation in adult learning principles. You''ll communicate clearly, work confidently with stakeholders to turn training needs into effective learning experiences, and bring a creative, detail-oriented approach to quality assurance. Comfort with authoring tools (currently Adapt and Storyline), commercial awareness and a willingness to travel for customer meetings are all important; experience in one of our customer sectors is a bonus.
