Content Operations Specialist (Training & Enablement) - Hybrid

Location:Chertsey, 2x/week onsite.

Pay: -140/day inside IR35

Contract: 3 months Contract till 31/12/2026 with high chance or renewal for a year.

Are you highly organized with hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content workflows? We are partnering with a global leader in consumer electronics to hire a Content Operations Specialist for their European Headquarters.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between content creation and platform execution, ensuring technical and customer service teams across Europe have seamless access to top-tier training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration: Manage day-to-day LMS operations, including course uploads, user pathways, catalogues, and access control.
• Content Lifecycle: Oversee the intake, QA, localization, publishing, and archiving of digital training assets.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track platform engagement, completion rates, and user drop-offs to provide actionable data insights.
• Project Support: Administer digital badging (Credly) and help roll out a multi-market eLearning Accreditation Program.

What We''re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in LMS administration, content operations, or digital asset management.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage content pipelines and version control.
• Comfort pulling operational data and building clear reports (Excel/PowerPoint).
• A proactive problem-solver comfortable working with distributed, cross-cultural teams.
