Your key duties will include:Gathering learning needs and priorities from the business, understanding constraints, and leading the deployment of the learning planRegularly monitoring the learning plan and anticipating future learning needsCollaborating with the central learning team to contribute to local and international learning projectsEffectively communicating and influencing stakeholders at all levelsManaging training administration and project management tasksThe Ideal CandidateTo excel in this Learning Business Partner role, you will need:Demonstrated experience in a similar learning and development positionStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and organisational abilitiesProficiency in relevant IT systems and toolsA keen understanding of intercultural awareness and its importanceThis position offers an hourly rate of 23 per hour PAYE or 30.76 per hour Umbrella.
