Learning Business Partner

Our client has an opportunity for a Learning Business Partner to join them on a rolling contract basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of training to an area of the business.Role: Learning Business Partner Location: Broughton, Flintshire - fully onsite Hours: 18 hours per week - flexible on days Hourly Rate: 30.76 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35 Clearance: BPSS required before starting Travel may be required a couple of times per yearWhat you''ll be doing:Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain)Ensure business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities, understanding business constraints, assessing feasibility and leading deployment of the learning plan working closely with key stakeholdersLead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challengesAct as a focal point for the business answering all learning related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriateRegular monitoring of the learning plan and anticipating of future learning needsContribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the LBP team as appropriate, presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processesWorking closely with our training administration provider to ensure successful deployment of training to the businessAnticipating risks and implementing actions to resolve any ..... full job details .....
