Learning Business Partner

Job Description: The Learning Business Partner (LBP) is responsible for the delivery of training across the business and also acts as the focal point for an assigned org unit(s), taking into account their specific constraints and ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality yearly learning plan deployment in the production area, advising the business on the best learning solutions to fit their needs. This role will offer support to the wider HR and Resourcing team; working closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth onboarding and initial training of new staff. Job Responsibilities: Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter (per business area and production domain) Ensure business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities, understanding business constraints, assessing feasibility and leading deployment of the learning plan working closely with key stakeholders Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challenges Act as a focal point for the business answering all learning related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriate Regular monitoring of the learning plan and anticipating of future learning needs Contribute to regular multi-functional team meetings representing the Learning team as appropriate, presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processes Anticipating risks and implementing actions to ..... full job details .....
