Work inside mainstream schools, special educational needs (SEN) units, and alternative provisions (APs) to help students regulate emotions and achieve their potential. Direct Support: Provide 1-1 and group support to aid development in social and emotional skills, building relationships and resilience within an educational setting. Support in academic studies and deliver interventions. De-escalate challenging environments with calming strategies. Engage in activities that build life skills and emotional regulation skills. Work closely and support teachers and school staff. Communicate and connect with parents/ carers to further support student''s needs.
