The Group LandD function collaborate with Group Services departments to develop learning opportunities within their teams that drive business improvements.Role accountabilities: Understanding the purpose and responsibilities of Group Service teams and how they support the core manufacturing business Partner with Group Service teams to understand and facilitate role specific learning requirements.
