They are seeking a knowledgeable and learner-focused Skills Assessor to support the delivery of CIPD and CMI programmes.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong assessment experience with a passion for supporting learners through their development journey. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality feedback, learner engagement, and timely achievement across professional programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and mark learner assignments in line with awarding body requirements and internal quality standardsProvide clear, constructive, and developmental feedback to support learner progressOffer guidance and support to learners throughout their qualification journeyMonitor learner progress and identify those requiring additional supportMaintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal systemsWork collaboratively with delivery and quality teams to ensure consistency and high standardsParticipate in standardisation and quality assurance activitiesMeet assessment turnaround times and KPI targetsStay up to date with CIPD, CMI, and industry developmentsEnsure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and regulatory requirementsCandidate ..... full job details .....
