Here, you ll have the freedom to work in a way that suits you, the support to thrive and the opportunity to shape your career.Who we needWe require a full time Learning and Skills Trainer to deliver a high standard of technical training within Light Vehicle to our cohorts of national apprentices: Key duties of the role include:- Plan, prepare, design and deliver high quality teaching learning and assessment in the specialist area of Light Vehicle- Ensure apprentices cover the relevant knowledge, skills, and behaviours of their vocational area, to meet their end point assessment- Create individual learning plans for apprentices and be responsible for providing blended learning opportunities for all on-site and remote apprentices, ensuring any additional learning needs are met- Complete progress reviews with employers and apprentices both remote and at the employer s sites- Motivate and inspire all apprentices so that they are supported to achieve excellence and are encouraged to achieve their full potential including higher ..... full job details .....
