Learning and Engagement CoordinatorLocation: StokeSalary: £27,475.50 per annumJob title: Learning and Engagement Coordinator About the role We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and person centred learning and engagement coordinator to develop and deliver meaningful learning, activity and community opportunities for the service users.This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships discovering what people are interested in and helping them recognise and develop their strengths, abilities and potential.You will work closely with service users to understand their individual interests, hobbies, aspirations and goals and use this information to create opportunities that promote choice, independence, confidence, learning, social inclusion, and community participation. The successful candidate will be approachable, enthusiastic and creative, with the ability to think differently and develop activities and opportunities that are meaningful to the individuals we support. You will need to be comfortable taking the initiative, adapting plans when circumstances change and finding new and imaginative ways to engage people. Key responsibilities Person centre engagement build positive, respectful, and trusting relationships with service users. Spend time getting to know each individual, including their interests, hobbies, strengths, abilities, communication preferences, and aspirations.
