Learning and Development Training Partner Ipswich (Outskirts) 6-Month FTC (potential to extend) 100,000 FTE Hybrid Working, ad-hoc travel to other sites as required An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development Training Partner to lead a business-critical learning and capability project. This role will focus on transforming complex technical and operational information into engaging, accessible learning solutions that support employee development and organisational performance. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will design and deliver scalable digital learning, create structured learning pathways, and establish a sustainable learning framework that can be maintained beyond the life of the project. You will utilise a range of learning technologies and resources to develop impactful training modules while coaching managers and subject matter experts to confidently deliver effective learning initiatives within their teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in building internal capability, embedding best practice, and ensuring learning remains practical, relevant, and aligned to business objectives.
