You''ll play a key role in shaping how their people learn and grow - leading on training strategy, mandatory compliance training, and management development across the whole organisation.This is a hands-on role for someone who loves designing and delivering great training, building relationships with managers and stakeholders, and using data to keep improving what''s on offer.
